SECONDARY SEAL: POLYURETHANE:
TOTALSEAL 3189/2 BOSTIK 3189/2 Two component (mixing ratio: 100/ 10 by volume). Applied at room temperature on manual or automatic lines. Different cure time versions are available. Hardener is available as fluid or higher viscosity (pasty). Improved UV resistance.
TOTALSEAL 3000 One-component . Applied at room temperature on manual or automatic lines.

TOTALSEAL 2001
Standard product. Solvent free. Two component (mixing ratio: 100/10 by volume). Applied at room temperature on manual or automatic lines.
 HOT MELT BUTYL:
TOTALSEAL 4050
One component, hot-applied at approx. 180°C on manual or automatic lines. No waste. Very low moisture vapour permeability.
NOVATHERM 415
One component, hot-applied at approx. 170°C on manual or automatic lines. No waste. Very low moisture vapour permeability. CSTB No. 6/05-1630.
 THERMOPLASTIC SPACER (TPS):
TOTALSEAL 4000
One component thermoplastic spacer containing a drying agent for the production of insulating glass “warm edge”. Application temperature: approx. 150°C. Applied on automatic TPS lines. Use Totalseal 2001, 3185 or 3189/2 as a secondary seal. No waste. Low moisture vapour permeability. Used instead of metallic spacer and molecular sieves.
